Meir Minsky's debut performance with the Bucharest Philharmonic Orchestra occurred in 1999, following the recommendation of Maestro Sergiu Commisiona.

Following the success of that performance, Maestro Minsky was re-engaged, and has just performed two concerts with the orchestra, conducting Mozart's Piano Concerto, K466 with Dan Gregor as soloist, as well as Mozart's Requiem.

Mr. Minsky was been invited for an additional two weeks next year.

As a consequence the Romanian Radio Symphony has also offered him an invitation.
